We have had a good response and hopefully some vital information will come out of this, but we need some more of the right people to come forward. This is an appeal for witnesses, We are asking anyone that was there on that night to please contact us via this website, please leave a message with your contact details. This will not be seen by anyone else except the solicitor. Please help Bradley and Wayne get the freedom they deserve, this is an emotional appeal for you to do the right thing and help free these two innocent men.
Bradley has asked me to put this appeal out so that the truth will be told in court as to who is responsible for this. Bradley and Wayne are not guilty of this crime and should not be in prison. Please come forward, we know there is people out there who know and saw what happened and we urge you to come forward now, this has gone on for far too long. Thank you
15th March 2008 - BRADLEY AND WAYNE HAVE BEEN TURNED DOWN BY THE APPEAL COURT. SOLICITORS FROM THE PREVIOUS TRIAL LIED UNDER OATH AT THE HIGH COURT AND GOT AWAY WITH IT. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND THE LEGAL SYSTEM GETS AWAY WITH IT. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR MESSAGES OF SUPPORT TO THESE TWO INNOCENT MEN. WE HAVE HAD NEWS TODAY OF ANOTHER ROUTE THAT WE CAN TAKE AND TAKE IT WE WILL.

12th March 2008 - BRADLEY AND WAYNE HAVE LOST THEIR FIGHT FOR JUSTICE.
Bradley and Wayne appeared at the High Courts of Justice today after a 2 day hearing. IT IS WITH DEEP REGRET THAT I HAVE TO INFORM YOU ALL THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TURNED DOWN. The Great British Justice system has failed them again.
Bradley Allardyce is an innocent father jailed for life for a crime he did not commit.This website will outline that this conviction is clearly a miscarriage of justice.
Bradley was a man trying to rebuild his life after a number of very tough years, he fell in love, settled down, had a good job and was happily awaiting the birth of his first child. Everything in his life was coming together when he was wrongfully accused of the murder of David Fairburn.
You may find this story quite disturbing, finding that a jury can get things so wrong, how conflicting advice from a legal team can lead to a conviction despite the fact that there is no real evidence.
It may make you think twice about helping anyone in trouble, for fear you may be implicated simply for being at the scene. In essence, this is exactly what has happened to Bradley Allardyce.
